We have quite a few trios listed on our page, but Micro Wave Oven is the first ever band from Canada. Well, actually these guys are from France, but they are just moving to Montreal, because France is not the easiest place to make a musical career. As soon as they are done with the recordings of their first album, they are OFF.
We rarely find good funk rock bands, but once in a while we get happily surprised. The Shivering Hills from North Wales Coast, UK is damn Cool! They put is this way: “Our music is generally funked-up rock with a twist of mentalness and a hint of metalic grooves. We thrive on delivering an immense range of guitar riffs accompanied by face melting solos, mind warping bass guitar and uncomprehendable precussion.”
